- We do not offer refunds for any reason.
- If the order was received damaged, please send photos showing the damage to info@dsdelightsbklyn.com and we will contact you with a solution. Please refrain from sending DMs through social media platforms.
- We are not able to accept cancellations of orders once they are placed.
- We are not able to accept changes to your order once your payment has been submitted.
- When placing custom orders, please be as clear and specific as possible with requests. Revisions to custom pieces will be charged at 50% of the original price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
