D’s Delights values and appreciates everyone who takes the time to visit our store and to place an order. We want you to have a pleasant experience with us, finding jewelry pieces that capture your style and bring you joy.

Please familiarize yourself with our policies and our recommendations for caring for your pieces. 

NOTE:

Jewelry pieces made with semiprecious gemstones and/or African recycled glass beads will have slight variations from the pictures shown on the website. This is unavoidable due to the nature of the materials being used and the process of making handmade jewelry. This actually adds to the items, as each has its own unique story!

Also, the potential for dye transfer from dyed beads is not uncommon. This does not mean that anything is wrong with the piece(s). 

We offer complimentary restringing of jewelry pieces purchased within the previous 60 days, provided the customer provides us with all beads used in the piece. There is no guarantee that the piece can be remade if all beads are not provided. After 60 days, pieces may be restrung with the purchasing of restringing services.  Restringing Services

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Although rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to various metals, metal alloys and/or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, D's Delights will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry. Each item listing includes details of the materials used. 

CHOKING HAZARD
Most designs contain small component parts, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. As a result, jewelry from D's Delights should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool or bed, and it should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. 

NICKEL AND LEAD
Nickel and Lead compliance is stated as represented by our suppliers and has not been independently verified by D's Delights or Purposeful Holdings LLC. Unless indicated as suitable for children, products are not intended for use by children aged 12 and under.
