Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on continental U.S. orders over $125.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international orders are shipped via the carriers available on our Shopify platform. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

How do I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

All sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly arrange a return or exchange — just contact us at info@dsdelightsbklyn.com to get started.

Why are all sales final?

Jewelry is a personal item that sits directly against the skin. Once it leaves our studio, it cannot be reshelved as new. This policy helps us ensure that every piece you receive is fresh, unworn, and uniquely yours.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed once payment has been submitted.

Jewelry Materials & Care

What materials are used in your jewelry?

We use high-quality materials such as semiprecious gemstones, African recycled glass beads, brass, stainless steel, sterling silver, gold plated, and gold-filled components. Each product listing specifies the materials used.

Are your gemstones natural?

Yes. Our semiprecious gemstones are natural, and our African recycled glass beads are handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal — and part of what makes each piece unique.

How do I care for brass, stainless steel, gold-plated, gold filled, or sterling silver jewelry?

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

Some materials, like brass and sterling silver, can naturally tarnish with wear and exposure to air, water, or chemicals. Regular care — like storing pieces in a dry place and wiping them after wear — will help maintain their shine.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Stainless steel and gold-filled jewelry are hypoallergenic. Other materials may contain trace metals that can cause irritation in very sensitive individuals. Each listing notes the materials used, so customers can choose what works best for them.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size bracelet to order?

Our bracelets feature a standard 7.5" centerline, If you need a different size, please email us before placing your order.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Some of our pieces can be made in smaller or larger sizes. Please reach out to us in advance to confirm availability.

Safety & Allergies

Is your jewelry safe for children?

Unless specifically labeled as suitable for children, our jewelry is not intended for those under 12 years old. Many designs contain small parts that can present a choking hazard.

Does your jewelry contain nickel or lead?

Nickel and lead compliance is represented by our suppliers and has not been independently verified.

What if I have a metal allergy?
