Your order is charged in full at the time of purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Changes cannot be made after payment is submitted.

We ship directly from Brooklyn, NY, with most orders leaving our studio within 2 business days. Custom orders may require additional time. We’ll notify you with expected processing details.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking, which will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Complimentary shipping is available on continental U.S. orders over $125.

International orders are shipped through carriers available on Shopify’s platform.

Returns 

All sales are final. Please ensure you’ve checked product descriptions and sizing prior to checkout, since orders cannot be changed once submitted.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly arrange a return or exchange — just contact us at info@dsdelightsbklyn.com to get started.
